Automotive Accounts Receivable Clerk

Jeff Dambrosio Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Downingtown, PA.  The ideal Candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and vendor accounts, will take ownership of accounts receivable, credit and collection accounts, while working closely with internal accounting staff.

Responsibilities

• Post all accounts receivable transactions accurately and on a timely basis.


• Process customer and vendor payments, including checks, credit cards, and electronic payments and ensure proper application to accounts.


• Manage accounts receivable activities, tracking payments, and reconciling any discrepancies efficiently.


• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections.
