Automotive Production Manager

Well established company based in Durban are seeking a qualified and experienced applicant to join their dynamic team.

Requirements:

• Must have Grade 12 (certificate must be provided on application)
• Must have Degree/Diploma in the field of Production/Operations Management or Industrial Engineering Science or equivalent NQF level 6 qualification (certificate to be provided on application)
• Minimum 6 Years in Automotive/Manufacturing experience
• Minimum 6 Years in similar role
• Textile non-wovens advantageous
• Experience with (SHE) Risk Assessments

Duties:

• Develop the plant medium to long term manufacturing strategy
• Assist with developing operational strategy.
• Align plant Manufacturing Strategy to the overall business strategy
