AV Fleets Lead, Middle East

About the Role

This position will be based on-site in Dubai, with significant travel in region. In this role, you will support development and lead execution of Uber’s fleet operations strategy to deliver scaled deployment of AVs on Uber in your respective market. You will work with AV developers, incumbent fleet operators, and other ecosystem participants (infrastructure developers, regulators, real estate owners) to drive industry-leading asset utilization and up-time to deliver best-in-class fleet economics to our partners.

What the Candidate Will Do

1. Lead our Fleet Partners through AV launch, deployment, and support ongoing operations in your region with cross-functional partners
2. Act as the main point of contact for the Fleet partner, managing escalations and driving resolutions for any operational issues
