Novelty Spain, a leading European company in technical audiovisual production for events, is hiring an AV Production Manager for its Barcelona office.

Responsibilities

• Work with the production team to design and prepare all events, including creation of gear and crewing lists.
• Perform site visits with clients and event teams.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and requirements.
• Ensure the necessary crew and gear is requested for lighting & AV events.
• Coordinate with freelance technical staff on expectations for each job.
• Coordinate with other related vendors to ensure a smooth onsite working environment.
