AV Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct inventory checks and validation of equipment.
• Handle on-call service requests and perform troubleshooting.
• Carry out visual inspections and testing of AV equipment.
• Configure systems as required.
• Clean and maintain equipment.
• Perform software and firmware upgrades in line with OEM notifications and guidance.
• Execute post-maintenance testing to ensure functionality.
• Provide backend support activities.
• Coordinate with OEMs and service providers for site visits, services, and hardware repairs.
• Prepare and maintain documentation and reports.

Additional Requirements:

• Flexibility to work on national holidays and Sundays, based on operational needs at NMACC.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Professional appearance, presentable, and well-groomed.
