**Avionic Technician**
**Responsibilities**
Manufacture, assemble, repair, and modify avionic and electrical modules and systems, including cable harnesses and wire bundles, in accordance with engineering schematics.
Install wires and electrical components in modules and electrical assemblies while strictly following drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
Mark wires, build up layers, and complete terminations using crimping and soldering techniques as required by technical documentation.
Verify the accuracy and quality of assigned work and promptly report any non-conformities or gaps to the lead or supervisor.
Perform electrical continuity checks, functional tests, and acceptance test procedures on wired harnesses and assemblies according to engineer and manufacturer instructions.
Troubleshoot, repair, and modify electrical harnesses and assemblies based on manufacturer instructions, technical drawings, and recognized industry practices.
