About the Role:AIM Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention Analytics team is seeking an experienced and innovative Business Analytics professional to join our Fraud Strategy and Analytics team to design, optimize, and deploy fraud detection strategies across products and channels. This role partners closely with Fraud Operations, Risk, Product, Technology, and Model Risk teams to support effective fraud loss mitigation, customer experience protection, and regulatory compliance.The incumbent will act as a subject matter expert in fraud strategy, leveraging advanced analytics, rules‑based frameworks, and machine learning techniques to balance fraud losses, false positives, and operational efficiency.This is a senior individual contributor role requiring strong disciplinary and industry knowledge, with responsibility for improving analytical processes and contributing to the development and enhancement of fraud strategies.
