We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits team at Mercer. This role will be based in Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This role as AVP, Client Relationship Manager will help prepare, manage, implement and achieve business plans and goals. You will strengthen effective long-term relationships with key client decision makers and frequently monitor political, management, and other changes within client organizations to preserve and protect the Company’s relationship with the client. You will take a proactive approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
