Role Overview
The AVP –Key Account Channels is responsible for leading assigned sales channels (e.g., broker network, in-house sales, international sales, corporate accounts) and driving revenue growth through structured channel management and performance optimization.
This role plays a critical part in expanding market reach and maximizing sales conversion efficiency.

Channel Strategy & Growth
- Develop channel-specific sales strategies aligned with overall sales direction
- Identify and onboard high-performing brokers and partner groups
- Expand regional and international channel presence where applicable
