Opportunity Description

Chubb is currently seeking a highly motivated and outgoing business professional to lead our Pac North Region Life Sciences team. Key objectives include managing a team, understanding and managing risks, contributing proportionately to production goals, meeting or exceeding business unit service standards, building or improving trading partner relationships, and demonstrating sound underwriting discipline. Candidate must be willing and able to travel within the territory approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Life Science property and casualty business plan by managing a team of underwriters with a focus on production, underwriting and maintenance of new and renewal accounts
  • Responsible for establishing and cultivating business relationships with brokers and clients within the assigned territory to assure the continued flow of new business opportunities
