Technical Proficiencies

• Develop and support the implementation of the ESM platform modules that meet the business requirements while ensuring alignment with security, development, and coding best practices.
• Oversee the technical design, configuration and customization of the ESM platform and its various modules including ITSM, HR, Workplace Management, Risk Management and IT Security Operations.
• Develop technical integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON APIs to ensure seamless operation of the ESM platform.
• Develop custom scripts and code to extend the functionality of the ESM platform.
