Opportunity Description
- Lead day-to-day full-stack technical delivery (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.Js, Nest.Js) - Delegate scoped coding tasks to AI agents and review outputs at the PR level in CI/CD pipelines - Write, review, and maintain production-quality code across frontend and backend - Coordinate backlog items and translate them into well-scoped engineering tasks - Mentor team members and embed AI maturity practices to support skill progression - Participate in architecture walkthroughs and provide technical visibility to stakeholders
