Azure Data Lead (Permanent, Banking)

• As the Azure Data Platform Technical Lead, you will plan on‑premises system migration, covering migration methodology, data requirements, and compliance strategy, while providing insights to support the internal team in building an Azure data warehouse, Databricks, data pipelines, and Power BI reports.
• Assess current practices, processes, and procedures to identify opportunities for leveraging Microsoft Azure Data and Analytics Services.
• Provide technical and thought leadership in data access, ingestion, processing, integration, modeling, database design, implementation, visualization, and advanced analytics.
• Work with project managers to estimate technical tasks and deliverables while developing best practices, reusable frameworks, and naming standards for cloud‑based data warehousing and ETL.
