  • Lead and manage the B2B sales teams in Mexico, Ecuador, Colombia and Peru.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Track and analyze sales performance.
  • Train and develop the sales team.
  • Market research on growth topics for inDrive.Couriers.
  • Identification of key BizDev opportunities for potential B2B customers.
  • Project management for business development strategies for inDrive.Couriers.
  • Close cooperation with other departments: marketing, analytics, legal, finance etc.
  • Ensure compliance and budget management.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B business development.
  • Can-do attitude and extreme level of ownership.
