Opportunity Description
The B2B Head of Sales is the owner of driving commercial growth across our student housing and flex living portfolio in Spain. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the B2B commercial strategy, focusing on partnerships with companies, relocation agencies, universities, and other institutional clients. You will lead a team while also remaining hands‑on in business development, playing a key role in scaling demand and unlocking new revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the B2B commercial strategy across student and flex living assets
- Identify, target, and close partnerships with key accounts (corporates, universities, relocation agencies, etc.)
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of high‑value B2B opportunities
