B2B Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate first-mile pickups with 3P partners for FTL/LTL shipments.

• Ensure timely appointment-based deliveries for Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy

Instamart, etc.

• Follow up with transporters for vehicle placement and shipment movement.

• Track shipments and handle delays, PODs, and escalations.

• Coordinate with warehouse teams for smooth dispatch operations.

• Provide timely updates to category POCs and internal stakeholders.

• Maintain daily shipment trackers and MIS reports.

• Handle urgent operational issues with ownership and quick resolution.
