B2B SaaS Demand Generation Lead

About the Role: We're looking for a Demand Generation Lead to build and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive top-funnel pipeline growth. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our GTM and Growth team to attract and convert high-quality leads. The role focuses on streamlining operations through aggressive experimentation and requires tracking metrics obsessively.

Core Requirements:

• 2 - 5 years of experience in demand-gen, growth or marketing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI-driven companies.


• Previous startup experience is mandatory.


• Metrics-driven with clear examples of past experiments run.


• Ability to run multiple experiments in parallel with maximum efficiency.


• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (Attio, Clay, etc.).


• Willingness to work long productive hours, including weekends.
