3. 15 years of experience (B2B lead generation, lead conversion in a technical/industrial sales environment)
4. Advanced Computer literacy (MS Office & CRM tracking tools)
5. Driver's license (ability for occasional travel)
6. Excellent leadership & management skills (proven experience in leading and managing a team of B2B lead generators and converters)
7. Technical Mindset
