Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established player in industrial and energy services across Canada, with a strong culture focused on safety, performance, and quality client relationships. In a growth context, we are looking for a B2B Sales Representative to develop a territory on the South Shore. Role breakdown: 60% new business development / 40% account management & growth
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain an active pipeline (field prospecting, cold calls, networking)
- Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio (upsell / cross-sell)
- Track performance (revenue, volumes, activity)
- Keep CRM up to date and ensure rigorous follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams for client onboarding
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $80-90K + uncapped commissions + benefits
- Car allowance: $800/month + fuel card
