Hamilton Aquatics is looking for a passionate and nurturing Baby Swimming Teacher to deliver high‑quality swimming lessons for babies and toddlers. This role focuses on creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment that promotes early water confidence, development, and positive parent–child interaction, while maintaining strong operational and safety standards.
Key Objectives
- Plan and deliver safe, engaging, and age-appropriate Little Swimmers lessons in line with the Hamilton Aquatics scheme of work, assessment criteria, and quality standards.
- Create a welcoming, calm, and secure poolside environment, ensuring equipment, facilities, and teaching areas are clean, safe, and suitable for babies and parents.
