The Role & Responsibilities:

We’re looking for an experienced Backend Engineer with strong fundamentals in TypeScript and hands-on experience building and maintaining distributed microservices in GCP. You’ll be designing APIs, building resilient services, optimising performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship impactful features.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, maintain, and improve backend services using Typescript in a microservices architecture, prioritising availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of Versa’s platform
• Work with the back end engineering team to explore and create new design / architectures geared towards scale, maintainability, and performance.
