Opportunity Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect, clean, and maintain food preparation areas and equipment to ensure safe and
sanitary food handling practices - Ensure food is stored and cooked at proper temperatures
- Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking quality, keeping track of expiration
dates, and rotating stock - Follow the brand’s standards of quality control, portion sizes, and cooking methods
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to support smooth
service periods - Follow the brand’s recipes and guidelines for food preparation and presentation
- Close the back of the house by following the kitchen closing checklist
- Assist with food prep during off-peak periods as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by upper management
