Responsibilities
- Handle employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies and workplace issues
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support performance management and conflict resolution
- Conduct and document workplace investigations
- Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 3–5+ years of HR or Employee Relations experience
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience handling investigations and disciplinary cases
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters
