· Patient Ratios: Standard ICU 1RN:2 Patients unless higher or lower acuity
· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability): 1 dayshift secretary, primary RN staffing
· Type of equipment: Standard critical care equipment plus Impella, Hemosphere advance monitoring platform.
· Documentation system: Meditech
· Scheduling requirements: Participative scheduling. Manager reserves right to move staff around to fill in gaps in schedule at time of submission, minimum 3 weekend shifts per month, block scheduling not guarantee...
