EBRO SUV is looking for an enthusiastic and self-employed Warranty Specialist for Spain to join the After-Sales team of the legendary EBRO brand.As the Warranty Specialist, you will be responsible to efficiently manage and process warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. This role involves investigating claims, evaluating costs, and maintaining detailed records while addressing and resolving customer inquiries. The Specialist is expected to coordinate effectively with various departments, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and continuously improve warranty processes. Additionally, the Specialist will be responsible for training dealership and internal staff on warranty procedures, analyzing data to identify trends, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.You will work collaboratively with the entire EBRO team in Barcelona.
