1. $76,515 pa / Cert III qualified + 3 years experience for Full time position with early starts
2. Mix, knead, rest, roll, cut and shape dough, for breads and pastry products
3. Mix, rest and bake full range of breads
4. Assist with construction of pastries, cakes and slices
5. Glaze and dust bread & pastries and products as needed
6. Apply fillings, icings and decorations for special order cakes
