Opportunity Description
1. 负责面包、糕点等烘焙产品的日常制作，严格遵循标准配方与工艺流程，确保产品品质稳定、安全卫生；
2. 参与新品试制与口味优化，配合研发或运营团队完成产品迭代与季节性产品上线；
3. 负责烘焙设备的日常清洁、维护与基础保养，落实食品安全与生产操作规范；
4. 按时完成每日生产计划，合理控制原料损耗，协助库存盘点与物料申领；
5. 配合门店或中央厨房运营需求，完成产品包装、标识、配送交接等支持性工作。
1. 具备1年以上商用烘焙岗位实操经验，熟悉常见面团发酵、成型、烘烤及装饰工艺；
2. 持有有效健康证明，了解《食品安全法》及相关操作规范，具备良好的卫生习惯与安全意识；
3. 具备基本的数学计算能力与读写能力，能准确理解配料单、生产指令及记录表单；
4. 身体健康，能适应早班及站立作业，无法律禁止从事食品行业的健康限制；
5. 具备团队协作意识与责任心，服从工作安排，无学历、性别、民族、宗教信仰、户籍等歧视性限制。
