DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains current product knowledge of Bakery items.Moves product filled oven racks. Removes product from baking pans and into packaging. Garnishes baked goods according to item requirements. Stacks used baking pans on pan dollies.Scales finished product and records on weight verification sheet.Packages and wraps baked goods by hand or with wrapping machine and label.Moves wrapped products onto tables and/or stocks them on pallets. Maintains pull dates. Rotates and merchandises product throughout the day.Follows Standard Sanitation Operation Procedure (SSOP) guidelines as it refers to proper cleaning and sanitation of all equipment required by this position.
