Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our bakery and kitchen operations. This person will be involved in front of house operations, customer service, sales etc.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Coordination
  • Supervise and guide bakery/kitchen staff in daily operations.
  • Ensure smooth workflow between baking, cooking, and customer service.
  • Train and mentor team members to uphold standards.
• Hands-On Production
  • Prepare baked goods (bread, cakes, pastries) and hot/cold meals.
  • Make pies and other specialty items with consistency and quality.
  • Assist in menu planning and product innovation.
• Customer Service
  • Serve customers with professionalism and warmth.
  • Handle orders, queries, and complaints diplomatically.
