Role: Band 6 Community Mental Health OT - They will be able to independently carry a caseload of working age adults with a mixture of moderate to severe mental health conditions, completing assessment, interventions developing and updating patient led risk, safety and care plans, tribunal reports, transfers of care in and out of the service.
