We are currently recruiting for a Band 6 OT, to work on an ongoing basis in London. Please see details of the role below;


Details:

Role: Band 6 OT - The independent triage and assessment, facilitating safe discharges, provision of equipment, carrying out home visits. Experience in NHS and post qualification as an occupational therapist/physiotherapist, preferably in a IDH/D2A Model. Agile working in place.

Hours: Monday-Sunday: 8-8 roster basis.

Pay: £28 per hour

Start: ASAP

Length: Ongiong


Requirements:

NHS experience (6 months minimum)
