Opportunity Description

Our client is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Banking and Finance Team to work on a wide variety of transactional and banking advisory work, including real estate finance, social housing finance and general banking support. Some of your duties will include:

  • Advising clients on banking and real estate finance matters including drafting loan and security documentation associated with different types of finance and legal options.
  • Reviewing certificates of title and advising our clients on issues arising.
  • Assisting clients to meet their overall business objectives.
  • Drafting of legal research and papers for client advice and/or wider publication.
  • Project managing transactional work and working with other practice areas on multi-disciplinary matters.
  • Involvement in business development activities linked to the strategic plan of the practice area and firm.
