ADIB Group is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst in Abu Dhabi. The selected candidate will oversee quality evaluations for complaints resolution and must have experience in a contact center environment. Responsibilities include sharing results with teams, reviewing complaint data, and maintaining quality standards. A Bachelor’s degree in Banking or Finance is required. This position is exclusive to UAE Nationals.
