About the Job:
The Sanibel Harbor Marriott Resort & Spa is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as our Banquet Captain. The Banquet Captain is responsible for leading the Banquet Department daily operations, which includes the front of the house associates and back of the house associates to ensure all events run seamlessly and exceed client’s expectations. As the Banquet Captain, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests, leading a large team, and achieving financial goals for this department.
The ideal candidates will have proven experience of at least 3 years leading a Banquet department, and have excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
