Opportunity Description
**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**
Banquet servers are responsible for setting up events entirely and accommodating all guests at a function while circulating the room. Anticipating and providing for the needs of the guests while upholding banquet standards and following company policies.
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**
+ Set up event spaces; flatware, napkins, centerpieces, glassware, arranging table placement, and building buffets.
+ Focus on the job while staying on their feet and moving about freely, which can include bending, climbing stairs and carrying items weighing 25-50 pounds.
+ Delivers courses of plated meals quickly/professionally while following service standards.
+ Always adhere to health and safety standards.
+ Follows directions efficiently and maintains positivity/energy during their shifts.
+ Complete their tasks in a timely manner and check out with the supervisor before leaving at the end of the shift.
+ ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
