BAR MANAGER

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily bar operations.
• Oversee the full management of different points of sale.
• Lead, train, and motivate the team.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP regulations.
• Maintain and exceed quality standards and customer experience expectations.
• Control stock, costs, and overall service organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in high-volume Mediterranean restaurants.
• Training or education related to hospitality and/or restaurant management.
• High level of English and Spanish.
