Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a senior bar/F&B role
- Strong background in bar operations, and team leadership
- Strong English communication skills, confident with local and international guests
- Well-presented with a confident and refined presence
- Natural leadership with the ability to guide and motivate a team
- Organized, responsible, and operationally disciplined
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork, problem-solving, and guest-handling skills
