Opportunity Description
Responsibilities:
• Assisting with daily bar setup and end-of-night breakdown
• Cleaning, polishing, and maintaining glassware throughout service
• Restocking fridges, beer, liquor, mixers, garnishes, and all supplies needed for service
• Prepping garnishes and assisting with basic bar prep
• Bringing up and replenishing ice for bar wells during service
• Changing kegs as needed
• Bussing and maintaining cleanliness of tables and guest-facing areas
• Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of bathrooms throughout shifts
• Supporting light food preparation and execution of our bar bites menu
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness of storage and prep areas
• Anticipating the needs of the bartending team and supporting service with urgency
