Job Summary: The Barback is responsible for supporting bartenders by maintaining a clean and fully stocked bar area, ensuring smooth and efficient service. This role includes replenishing supplies, preparing garnishes, and keeping the bar organized to enhance guest satisfaction. Looking primarily to have shifts covered Friday, Saturday and Sundays.
Essential Functions and Duties:
Assist bartenders by restocking all bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, and glassware.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces and washing bar tools and equipment.
