Opportunity Description
Our client is an upscale restaurant in Dubai currently hiring an experienced Barista.
What will you do
- Set up daily bar counter and ensure that mise en place and any other required ingredients and equipment are prepared in order to work as efficiently as possible
- Ensure that all beverages such as coffee teas are in good order to be served
- Check the inventory daily before each shift to assure correct amounts are stocked up to avoid running out of stock during service periods
- Assist in carrying out monthly inventories
- Assure that correct date labeling is always in place for all related products
- Anticipates guests needs by following service behavior
- Ensuring the equipment is taken care of and managed in a proper manner to avoid any breakdowns
What are we looking for
