Responsibilities
- Craft drinks according to customers’ orders and prepare food items such as pastries and sandwiches.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the workspace and maintain the coffee machine.
- Handle customer complaints or issues when they arise.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Good knowledge of different types of coffee drinks and how to make them.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
