Opportunity Description
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of food and beverages.
- Perform daily operational tasks following the brand's established standards. This includes requisitioning product orders, setting up necessary products and equipment for service, and executing opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure orderliness, tidiness, and smooth operations, and promptly notifying the manager of any observed discrepancies related to procedures, quality, or standards.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and incidents positively, ensuring guest satisfaction through high-quality service.
- Place orders for necessary items by coordinating directly or indirectly with suppliers, following established guidelines and product-specific requirements.
