Qualifications & Experience 1–2 years of experience as a bartender in a busy bar/restaurant Knowledge of cocktails, sake, Japanese spirits, and wines Relevant bartending certification (preferred) Skills Mixology and drink presentation expertise Knowledge of bar equipment and POS system Strong customer service and upselling skills Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks Ensure cleanliness and stock of the bar area Follow responsible alcohol serving guidelines Interact with guests and suggest signature drinks Manage stock levels and report shortages
