Bartender - Pacific Beach

Summary This position is located in the Food, Business and Entertainment branch of the Fleet and Family Readiness Division in the Navy Region Northwest, Pacific Beach Resort. The incumbent of this position is responsible for a variety of tasks related to bartending in the area assigned. Operates a bar that predominantly serves malt beverages and some mixed drinks. Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. Responsibilities *Bi-weekly review of applicants* Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks Maintains stock of inventory. Receives payment or charges to member's account. Makes change and is accountable for cash fund. Assist in taking inventory and maintaining records. Keeps bar clean and area stocked properly at all times. Washes bar equipment, glassware and utensils. May perform other sanitation duties within assigned work area as required.
