Beauty Manager

We are sincerely recruiting 2 beauty managers to handle the daily routine of the business.

• Responsible for staff training and development
• Motivate beauticians to achieve their goals and meet sales targets consistently
• Build customer relationships to develop potential customers into long-term customers
• Handle customer's feedback and complaints to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
• Provide services to customers who purchase products such as facial wash, slimming, eyebrow trimming, and manicure (including designing and extension)
• Recommend, promote, and identify suitable products/services to visitors according to their needs and demands
• Evaluate the beautician’s performance to provide feedback
