Behaviour Mentor –

Location – North Manchester (M9)


Pay – £105-£120 per day, dependent on experience and responsibilities


Hours – Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:45pm


Start Date – 18/05/2026


Are you a calm and resilient behaviour mentor seeking a new role? We are working with a nurturing SEMH provision in North Manchester to recruit an experienced behaviour mentor to join the team.


The school supports secondary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, offering a trauma-informed approach.


As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:

  • Be active and visible in the classroom, offering a relational approach that priorities safety and emotional regulation

  • Build strong relationships that support engagement and progress

  • Set clear boundaries and effectively manage behaviour
