A secondary school in Dudley is seeking to appoint a dedicated and proactive Behaviour / Pastoral Support Officer to join their pastoral team on a permanent basis from September 2026.

This is a key role within the school, supporting student behaviour, attendance and wellbeing across a mainstream secondary setting. The successful candidate will play a vital part in helping students engage positively with learning and school life.
