We are working with a supportive secondary school in Durham as a Behaviour Mentor for supply and long-term opportunities. The school takes a relationship-led approach, focusing on consistency, clear boundaries and positive role modelling to help pupils thrive.


This role suits a Behaviour Mentor who can remain calm, fair and consistent while supporting pupils to make positive choices.

£90 – £110 per day | PAYE | Depending on experience

  • Support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs


  • Work 1:1 and in small groups


  • Help pupils regulate emotions and behaviour


  • Reinforce positive behaviour strategies
