Description We are looking for a Benefits Administrator to support the effective management of self-funded health and welfare plans in Round Rock, Texas. This position works closely with internal teams and external benefit partners to maintain accurate administration, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience. The role is well suited for someone who can balance detailed plan oversight, vendor coordination, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
