Responsibilities

• Administer daily benefits administration for employee benefit programs such as pensions, health insurance, and allowances; manage accurate delivery and compliance.
• Lead a team to meet service level agreements; act as the bridge between senior management and staff.
• Process benefits related activities: reimbursements and allowances (medical, childcare, education), life and medical insurance enrollment for new hires and dependents, leave entitlements, and other inquiries.
• Perform eligibility checks and validate supporting documents; secure approvals for benefits and allowances granted to employees.
